Diverse Communication Activities Continue to Highlight Kincho's Appeal.
To further heighten product appeal, Kincho has evolved its own communication strategy comprised of popular television commercials and store-window display contests that keep Kincho in the public eye, nationwide. It also has six branch offices specializing in domestic sales activities located throughout the country.
The company is also focusing its efforts on a variety of information research activities, including the strengthening of its customer service operations and the processing of sales surveys at retail outlets that handle Kincho products. Data gleaned from these activities is then linked to the development of new products designed to better serve customers needs.
